TWO FOOD & DRINK VENUES, THREE TIMELESS MENUS.
Yap Ah Shak House hosts two on-site dining venues, open to members and the public.

On the ground floor is Osteria Gamberoni, a modern Italian kitchen and public house inspired by the heritage food of Rome and the coastal regions of Italy. House-made pasta crafted daily takes pride of place on the menu, alongside farm-fresh vegetables, meat, poultry, fish and seafood, gently seasoned with bounty from the herb garden on the roof terrace. Along with the Roman-style thin-crust pizza, the food at this osteria is decidedly modern but cooked with utmost respect for the ways of old.

The Italian tradition of celebrating seasonal produce and food product is kept well alive: expect a specials menu that changes every few weeks, taking in the in-season fruit, vegetables, smallgoods, meat and shellfish available from time to time.

Sharing the front bar of the ground floor dining hall is Primo, an espresso bar for that quick stand-up caffeine boost or for a speedy takeaway lunch of iced coffee and pizza.

Meanwhile sheltered within the rooftop pavilion on Yap Ah Shak House, with the twin towers in clear view after dark, is Terrazza, a rooftop bar and lounge that offers an extensive selection of small plates to savour with a refreshing cocktail (or two).
