A front desk and service delivery team is on-hand during business hours to provide support for meetings casual and formal, so that together with a well-presented room, you have all that you need to focus on connecting with your audience and delivering on the agenda.

Nine, thoughtfully conceived meeting spaces are available exclusively to Yap Ah Shak House members for hosting small meetings for four and conferences of up to sixteen. A variety of room styles and configurations are available to suit the intent and purpose of the host: from intimate, more private spaces for face-to-face dialogue, to a formal boardroom-style venue with an expansive 75” LED monitor, and a more theatrical glass-walled room facing a verdant roof terrace.

Each meeting space at Yap Ah Shak House is fitted with the latest Samsung UHD LED Smart TV, a Yamaha CS700 Video Sound Bar™, one-touch wireless presentation projection technology, Zoom videoconferencing, a glass writing board, and complimentary house stationery as well as a well-stocked, Nespresso-equipped refreshments counter.

For long agendas, where attendees would benefit from in-meeting nourishment, light catering services from the ground floor osteria and espresso bar are on hand with a selection of house-made bomboloni, tramezzini and barista-made caffe.
